Managing Automations
Edit, pause, and manage your automated crawl schedules.

Viewing Automations
Go to Settings → Automation to see all scheduled scans.
Each Automation Shows
- Domain name
- Schedule frequency
- Next scheduled run
- Last run date
- Status (active/paused)
Editing Schedules
- Find domain in automation list
- Click Edit
- Change frequency
- Click Save
Pausing Automation
Temporarily stop automatic scans:
- Click domain in automation list
- Toggle Active off
- Manual crawls still work
- Toggle back on to resume
Deleting Automation
Permanently remove schedule:
- Click domain
- Click Delete Schedule
- Confirm deletion
Deleting automation only removes the schedule - domain remains in your account.
Multiple Domains
Set different schedules per domain:
- Production: Hourly
- Staging: Daily
- Development: Weekly
